How to use?
- Quick and easy application. Lay cap in microwave evenly for 90-100 seconds until desired heat is achieved. DO NOT exceed a total of 2 minutes heating in each use. Flip cap every 30-35 seconds to heat evenly throughout the cap.
- It will produce 20-30 minutes of gentle heat. Reheat for longer treatments once cooled down.
